DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders for Portugal are generally shipped within 5 business days using CTT.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Charles Stickens is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping depending on the total of your purchase:
Tier 1:
- Requires minimum purchase of €15.00
- Applies to shipping rates under €3.00
Tier 2:
- Requires minimum purchase of €25.00
- Applies to shipping rates under €5.00
Tier 3:
- Requires minimum purchase of €40.00
- Applies to all shipping rates
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at charlesstickens@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
